Additionally, there are instances where we acquire personal data about you from third-party sources. We may gather the following personal data you furnish while using our Service:
a. Account Registration and Profile Details for a Marktivity Account: When you sign up for an account
(where available), we may collect personal details, including your email and password, company name, company website URL, office contact number, and office address. You also have the option to include or verify additional information like your name, company industry, tax identification, billing address, time zone, and the source of your contact or lead.

b. Contractual Information: If your organization engages in a contractual arrangement with us, we may collect data such as your name, job title, email address, signature (if wet-signed or a copy of your autograph is used), customer name and address, and details regarding how you were introduced to our services.
c. Payment and Transaction Data: In the event that you subscribe to one of our Services that requires payment, we will collect the information needed for the payment process. Please be aware that we utilize third-party payment processors to handle payments to us. Consequently, all such information is directly provided by you to our third-party processor. The handling of your personal data by the payment processor is governed by their privacy notice. We will only receive the last four digits of the credit card number, along with transaction-related details (e.g., payment date, amount, device type, IP address, and card type). e. Newsletters, Marketing Emails, and Blog Subscriptions: If you opt to receive news updates or alerts from us or subscribe to our blog, we may collect your email address and relevant preferences for communication.
f. Events, Surveys, Feedback, and Promotions (including Contests, Sweepstakes, Webinars, and Training Sessions): When you complete forms or provide information in connection with Marktivity events, surveys, or promotional activities (such as contests, sweepstakes, webinars, and training sessions) and when you offer feedback to us, we may collect contact information (e.g., name, email, and phone number), details about your organization or company, your job title, office address, and any other information you provide to us.

Additionally, we may analyze interactions between you and your customers using our Services.
c. Location Details: We may approximate your general geographic location based on the IP address we collect.
d. Platform Data: If you possess an account to access the services we offer as a processor, we may additionally collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, company details, position in the sales cycle, lead and commercial particulars (such as platform specifics and initial marketing channel), as well as user and account identifiers (including but not limited to Salesforce ID and Marktivity ID), NPS/account sentiments, Marktivity Academy user profile and historical data, account health status, event attendance, and your status as a lead or account, along with integration-related data.
Both Marktivity and our third-party providers may employ (i) cookies or small data files stored on an individual's computer and (ii) other associated technologies like web beacons, pixels, embedded scripts, location-tracking technologies, and logging technologies (collectively referred to as "cookies") to automatically gather this personal information.

1.2 Personal Information from Other Sources and Third Parties

a. Social Media: When an individual engages with us on various social media platforms, such as when someone "Likes" our content on Facebook, follows us, or shares our content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other social networks through features like embedded social media buttons on our website, we may receive certain information about individuals that they have authorized the social network to share with third parties. The specific data we receive depends on an individual's privacy settings on the social network. Individuals should always review and, if necessary, adjust their privacy settings on third-party websites and social media platforms before sharing information or linking/connecting them to other services.

The display of these advertisements is subject to the privacy policies of the respective social media companies providing the ad platforms.

If you wish to unsubscribe from these emails, you can simply click the "unsubscribe link" provided at the bottom of the email communication. Please note that certain service-related communications, such as account verification, transaction confirmations, technical or legal notices, cannot be unsubscribed from.
b. Messaging Platforms: We might use the personal information we collect to engage with individuals through messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp. This includes marketing to you or providing information and updates on products or services we believe may be of interest to you. You have the option to unsubscribe from these messages at any time by responding with "STOP" in one of our messages.
c. However, information may be shared with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

Modifying Account Details: If you possess a Marktivity service account with us, you have the capability to adjust certain information within your account, such as contact details and profile pictures. You can do this through the "Contact Information" section in the "Account" area of your Marktivity account. However, please note that not all personal information is maintained in a format that is accessible or modifiable by users. If you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, you can send your request to us by contacting our support team via the support portal through your Marktivity account. We will assess your request and may require additional information for identity verification, but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to fulfill your request
